What Data We Process and Why

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address to send you an email every Sunday with content about the Bible.

The newsletter may include advertisements for our own products and services as well as those of other companies, and affiliate links through which we may receive a commission if you make a purchase. This advertising is part of the newsletter: by subscribing, you agree to receive it.

Special Category Data

Subscribing to a newsletter with religious content may reveal your beliefs, which constitute special category data under Article 9 of the GDPR. For this reason, we process this data only with your express consent, solely for the purpose of sending you the newsletter, and we apply enhanced security measures.

Your consent, which you provide by checking the box on the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

How Long We Retain Your Data

Until you unsubscribe. After that, we block your data for the legally required periods and then delete it.

Recipients

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Advertisers featured in the newsletter do not receive your email address or any other information about you.

Only the service providers who provide services to us—under contract and on our behalf—have access to your data:

• Shopify (website hosting and email marketing provider).

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, subject to the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework).

If you make a purchase through a link

If you click on an affiliate or advertiser link and make a purchase on their website, that company will process your data as the data controller, in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Your Rights

You may access, correct, delete, object to, restrict the processing of, or request the portability of your data by writing to antonio.sanglez@proton.me. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, use the link provided in each email.

If you believe we have not processed your data properly, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
